I left my phone on top of my car and drive away, it fell onto a busy road in a broken otter box, when I turned around to find it, it was out of the otter box, feet away in the right lane. The front screen was shattered and the led ruined on the bottom but still turned on although would not work. A friend recommended Rich at Ugly Phones and he was able to see me immediately and fixed it right there in front of me. My phones like brand new again!! Unbelievable!!

Building doesn't have a lot of parking but. They did a good job with the inside a nice waiting area off to the side when your phones getting fixed, its that fast!! 5 stars, great bunch of dudes!
